Our Ambition

We believe Bloomsbury Football has an exceptional opportunity. We have grown from an idea to using the power of football to improve the lives of 6,000 young people every week in just six years. But this is only scratching the surface of what’s possible — and we have ambitions to scale our programmes nationally.

As Director of Marketing & Growth, your job is to make Bloomsbury Football impossible to ignore — to shape a movement that attracts funding, inspires belief, and turns our social mission into a mainstream story. You’ll build a brand that partners want to support, parents want to trust, and young people want to be part of.

You’ll lead our efforts to communicate the transformative power of football — not just as a sport, but as a way to unlock potential, build confidence, and create opportunity. You’ll craft campaigns that resonate with funders, develop marketing systems that scale, and drive revenue growth that fuels our mission.

You will build a world class team with scalable sales processes, performance marketing strategies, and a data-led approach to growth. You’ll need to be comfortable operating with autonomy, bringing commercial energy, discipline, and customer insight to drive tangible results.

Whilst direct experience in football isn’t essential, a genuine passion for the product and the ability to engage credibly with both internal teams and external stakeholders is critical.

Your work will help take us from 6,000 to 20,000 young people playing every week by 2028 — but more importantly, it will ensure no young person is left behind simply because of where they’re from or what they can afford.
